Law360 (May 22, 2020, 5:24 PM EDT) -- A massive group of chemical, defense and manufacturing companies have asked a California federal judge to pause their case against Halliburton and others over Superfund cleanup funds until the Ninth Circuit rules on whether similar claims are time-barred, arguing a delay would avoid a lot of waste.
