Ark. Residents Continue Fight Despite Finished Highway Work

Law360 (May 28, 2020, 5:52 PM EDT) -- A group of Arkansas residents are asking a federal court to block the state from categorically excluding future highway projects from being vetted under federal environmental law, citing what they say was a rushed analysis before a recently completed $87.5 million highway expansion.

Residents of Little Rock, Arkansas, had unsuccessfully fought to block the expansion of Interstate 630, but they say the fight isn't over just because construction finished in March.
