Inc., the world's largest producer and marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables, revealed Tuesday that it had launched an initial public offering of 35.7 million shares priced at between $13 and $15 per share, as part of the company's plan to sell up to $500 million of stock.
The Westlake Village, Calif.-based company said underwriters would have the option to purchase from Dole up to an additional 5.4 million shares of common stock.
