DHL Driver Seeks Class Status In OT Suit

Law360, New York (October 13, 2009, 2:16 PM EDT) -- A delivery driver has asked a court for class certification in his suit alleging DHL Express (USA) Inc. wrongly denied drivers overtime pay by classifying them as exempt under state and federal wage laws.

Plaintiff Christopher Dorman, filed a motion in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin on Monday calling for certification of a class of workers employed in Wisconsin as DHL drivers by contractor Consolidated Terminals Inc.
