NY Weighs Law To Require Reusable Bag Reminder

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 1:17 PM EDT) -- A bill has been introduced in the New York State Assembly that would require the state's retail stores to provide prominent reminders to consumers to bring reusable shopping bags from home to transport their purchases, rather than relying on disposable plastic bags.
