FCC Judge Favors Cable Cos. In Programming Spat

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A Federal Communications Commission administrative law judge has sided with Comcast Corp. and Time Warner Cable Inc. in a lawsuit brought by family-owned network WealthTV, which accused them of refusing to carry its channels in favor of a competitor affiliated with the cable giants.
