Photog Accuses Law Firm Of Reposting Copyrighted Video
By Emma Cueto (June 25, 2020, 8:35 PM EDT) -- A Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist filed suit on Thursday against national plaintiffs firm Morgan & Morgan PLLC over a copyrighted video allegedly posted on the firm's website of a fatal 2017 fire in Pennsylvania.
Thomas J. Kelly III, a Pennsylvania-based photographer who won a Pulitzer in 1979, alleged that the firm wrote a blog post about a house fire in East Coventry that killed a 9-year-old boy, and that it included a copyrighted video Kelly recorded of the event.
