Topps Meat Buyers Seek Class Cert. In E. Coli Action

Law360, New York (October 16, 2009, 2:40 PM EDT) -- Consumers of more than 21.7 million pounds of ground beef recalled by Topps Meat Co. LLC in 2007 have asked a federal judge to certify consumer and injury classes in a product liability suit against the defunct company.
