American Girl Hits Back At Actors’ Equity Association

Law360, New York (November 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- American Girl Place, headquarters to an historical doll empire, has slapped the Actors’ Equity Association with an unfair labor practices charge, accusing the group of trying to exert unfair influence in a forthcoming vote over representation.

On Thursday, the New York store of the American Girl franchise revealed that it had fired back against the Equity Association, throwing another log onto a fire that has been raging for months.
