Zillow Calls 3 Strikes On NJ Home Seller's Antitrust Suit

Law360 (July 7, 2020, 7:15 PM EDT) -- An investment vehicle created to flip a luxury New Jersey house has had multiple chances to fix its antitrust claims against Zillow after previous dismissals only to leave them "substantively unchanged," the house-shopping service told a federal judge Monday.

EJ MGT LLC has twice tweaked its New Jersey federal court allegations based on where Zillow Group Inc. places its price estimates on the listings of major real estate brokers with whom the online database has contracted.
