Law360 (July 15, 2020, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Arch Resources Inc. told a Colorado federal court that environmental groups waited decades too long to accuse a western Colorado coal mine it owns of violating environmental law and that new construction at the site doesn't make the claims timely.
