Kraft Wants Name Out Of Wheat Market Suit's URL

Law360 (July 15, 2020, 7:37 PM EDT) -- Kraft Foods is asking an Illinois federal judge not to allow its name to be used in the URL of the website for the certified class action accusing it and its snack food spinoff of manipulating the wheat market.

The request that "Kraft" not be included in the website address was one of four class notice modifications requested by the food giant Tuesday in a response to the notice proposed by investors who claim it was once Kraft's practice to buy huge sums of wheat futures it didn't need while also trying to depress prices for cash-bought wheat.
