Kodak Technologists Seek Approval Of $4M Settlement

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 4:50 PM EDT) -- Current and former Eastman Kodak Co. technologists have asked a federal judge for final approval of a $4 million settlement that would resolve a long-running class action accusing Kodak of failing to properly compensate its employees for their work.
