Fallen Miss California USA Broke Contract: Pageant

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 5:42 PM EDT) -- The organization that oversees the Miss California USA pageant has filed counterclaims against fallen 2009 pageant winner Carrie Prejean, claiming the controversial beauty queen breached her contract and employment agreement by making rogue appearances, taking an unapproved book deal, failing to disclose nude photos and neglecting to take part in appearances typically required by the title.
