Energy Co. Discriminated Against Veteran: Lawsuit

Law360 (November 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Desert Storm veteran has filed a suit against Commonwealth Edison and its parent company, alleging that they violated his rights by firing him because of his post-traumatic stress disorder and other mental health issues.
