FTC Conference On Patent Reform Draws Top Decision Makers

Law360 (April 15, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A conference designed to follow up on the Federal Trade Commission’s recommendations for sweeping reforms to the U.S. patent system is expected to draw some of the country’s most influential scholars, industry leaders and policy makers this week.

The conference, scheduled for April 15 and 16 at the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology at the University of California in Berkeley, will address patent reform and how it might be implemented.
