MCI Workers Seek Final Approval Of $3.5M Settlement

Law360, New York (October 21, 2009, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Three separate classes of current and former MCI Communications Inc. employees have requested final approval of a $3.45 million settlement in a long-running dispute accusing MCI of wrongfully withholding their regular and overtime wages.
