Schwab Investors To Amend Securities Fraud Complaint

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 2:48 PM EDT) -- A judge has given leave in part to a group of Charles Schwab Corp. investors to amend a class action complaint accusing the bank and several affiliates of committing securities violations by misrepresenting the risk profile of Schwab’s YieldPlus Fund and by improperly changing the fund’s investment policies.
