NY High Court Expands Standing For Enviro Suits

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 8:01 PM EDT) -- New York's highest court held Tuesday that people who regularly use a natural resource more than other members of the general public have standing to challenge government actions threatening that resource, but it also found that an environmental group's case that raised the question failed on its merits.
