Home Care Workers Win Conditional Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 5:17 PM EDT) -- A group of personal care assistants has won conditional certification in a suit against Res-Care Inc. that alleges a unit of the residential services company unlawfully denied wages and overtime pay to thousands of home care workers in Georgia and South Carolina.
