Artist Seeks New Counsel In AP Spat Over Obama Pic

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Shepard Fairey — creator of the iconic “Hope” image of President Barack Obama — has asked to switch attorneys in a copyright dispute with The Associated Press, following revelations that the artist concealed facts about the photograph used and attempted to falsify evidence.
