Congress Presses Obama On Airbus Subsidies

Law360, New York (November 3, 2009, 4:54 PM EST) -- Members of the U.S. House of Representatives are urging President Barack Obama to make sure the military takes into consideration illegal subsidies Airbus SAS received from the EU when giving out a $35 billion contract for aircraft refueling tankers, in a move that could favor a rival bid by The Boeing Co.
