Najarian Fails To Halt Reliquidation In DOC Rate Spat

Law360, New York (November 5, 2009, 2:31 PM EST) -- Najarian Furniture Co. Inc. has lost a bid to stop U.S. Customs and Border Protection from reliquidating imports of Chinese furniture at a new, higher rate, despite a federal judge's determination that the Department of Commerce may have reassessed the rate arbitrarily to correct a previous mathematical error.
