Aetna In Hot Water Over Anorexia Coverage

Law360, New York (November 9, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New Jersey couple has hit Aetna Inc. with a lawsuit, accusing the insurance giant of failing to fully cover their daughter’s treatment for anorexia.

On Wednedsay, Cliff and Maria DeAnna sued Aetna Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey for allegedly refusing to pay for nearly 10 weeks of their daughter’s inpatient treatment.
