Land Owners Want To Break Up Lead Claims Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2009, 6:20 PM EST) -- A group of Oklahoma residents has sought to sever claims brought by two cities in a putative class action against lead mining companies Blue Tee Corp., Gold Fields Mining LLC and Doe Run Resources Corp. over alleged long-standing environmental contamination, even though the mining companies also objected to the cities' inclusion in the suit.
