Chamber Of Commerce Sues Group Over Political Prank

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 4:55 PM EST) -- The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is suing progressive tricksters the Yes Men for fraudulent acts and misappropriation of intellectual property during a prank in which they pretended to represent the organization.

In an amended complaint filed on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the group sued Jacques Servin and Igor Vamos, along with a host of accomplices, for acts it called “commercial identity theft” that are “destructive of public discourse, and cannot be tolerated under the law.”
