Developer Seeks To Toss $26M VesCor Capital Suit

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 6:19 PM EST) -- Developer Harrison H. Horn has asked a judge to throw out a claim seeking to recover $26 million based on his alleged sale of property to the former owner of VesCor Capital Corp., which stands accused of securities fraud in a $160 million Ponzi scheme.
