Law360 (January 3, 2021, 12:02 PM EST) -- President-elect Joe Biden has promised to reverse much of the Trump administration's immigration regime, starting by reinstating protections for certain unauthorized immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children and rescinding strict visa restrictions against individuals from Muslim-majority nations.
But with a number of immigration policies still in the Trump administration's pipeline, Biden could find his to-do list grow even longer during a busy lame-duck period, and plans to reverse some of Trump's executive actions may be easier said than done.
