Class Notice Ready To Go In Gas-Skimping Action

Law360, New York (November 10, 2009, 2:06 PM EST) -- A federal judge has signed off on a notice to be sent to potential class members in a suit alleging that gas companies Georgia Energy USA LLC, United Fuel Inc., Global Energy USA LLC and others overcharged customers at Georgia gas stations by dispensing less fuel than indicated.
