Law360, New York (November 10, 2009, 3:45 PM EST) -- Bank of America NA is on its own to pay $1.6 million in a property pollution case brought against it by Safeway Inc., after a federal judge sided with two insurers that claimed the bank's hiring of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in the underlying suit may have led to a poor settlement result.
