Judge Leaves Indemnity To State Courts In Pipe Spat

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 1:08 PM EST) -- A federal judge will not adjudicate Supply Network Inc.'s declaratory judgment suit over whether a piping supplier is contractually bound to indemnify it against product liability claims from real estate developers, saying the issue should be hashed out in the state courts where the claims are being litigated.
