2nd Circ. Upholds CIA Muzzle On Former Spy Wilson

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 4:58 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court ruling that ex-spy Valerie Plame Wilson does not have the right to disclose classified information in her memoirs, even if that information has already been widely disseminated.
