Motorola Seeks Trading Info From Fired CFO

Law360, New York (November 13, 2009, 3:48 PM EST) -- Motorola Inc. is reportedly seeking documents about the trading activities of former Chief Financial Officer Paul Liska, in a whistleblower case the executive filed earlier in 2009 after being fired from the telecommunications giant.

The Chicago Tribune reported that the company filed a motion Tuesday seeking documents related to any positions or trading in Motorola securities that Liska or his company, KBB Investments, made since October 2008.

Filings for the case, which is pending in Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois, were not immediately available Friday....
