Employee Ends Calif. Wage Suit Against VF Corp.

Law360, New York (November 13, 2009, 3:43 PM EST) -- A former VF Corp. employee has terminated a suit that accused the apparel company of not paying its California sportswear store workers for missed meal periods or work done outside their shift following a judge's Oct. 27 decision to deny class certification of the suit.
