Law360, New York (November 17, 2009, 1:14 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted a California couple's request to hold Starbucks Corp. liable for breaching a lease agreement by pulling out of its commitment to open a store location in the plaintiffs' new retail space.

Judge Frank C.
