Fed. Circ. Remands License Issue In LTE Patent Dispute
Law360 (January 26, 2021, 7:19 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Tuesday that Samsung, Microsoft and others were shielded from infringement claims over an LTE patent while a contractual covenant was in effect, but said that a lower court needs to address whether the companies could be liable after the contract's alleged termination.
