Creditors Back Lehman Real Estate Loan Restructuring

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 2:45 PM EST) -- Just one day before a hearing, a group of creditors threw their support behind a Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. plan to restructure the loan terms on its faltering real estate portfolio.

In a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the ad hoc group of Lehman Brothers creditors said that the real estate loan restructuring plan met its criteria by including a periodic reporting requirement.
