German Co. Loses Thermal Paper Duties Spat In CIT

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 2:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has issued an opinion disposing of a suit filed by Papierfabrik August Koehler AG over anti-dumping duties imposed on German thermal paper while rejecting its bid for judgment on the record of the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Judge Donald C. Pogue of the CIT issued a confidential slip opinion Tuesday that disposed of the suit. The CIT docket also noted his order to deny the plaintiff's motion for judgment on the agency record.
