Telecom Files Ch. 11 Plan To Address $188M Ruling

Law360, New York (November 18, 2009, 5:30 PM EST) -- Telecommunications holding company MIG Inc. has filed its blueprint for emerging from Chapter 11 protection less than three weeks after the Delaware Supreme Court affirmed the $188 million judgment that the company said forced it to take refuge in bankruptcy court in June.

On Tuesday, MIG filed its Chapter 11 plan of reorganization and related disclosure statement in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
