Medical Transcription Co. ETransplus Faces OT Action

Law360, New York (November 20, 2009, 5:02 PM EST) -- A transcriptionist for eTransplus Inc. has accused the medical transcription company of willfully failing to pay its employees at an overtime rate for time they regularly worked beyond 40 hours a week.
