Merck Wins Bid To Toss Texas Medicaid Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 4:45 PM EST) -- A Texas state court judge has granted Merck & Co.'s bid to toss a suit brought by the state's attorney general accusing the pharmaceutical giant of engaging in Medicaid fraud in connection with the marketing and sale of its withdrawn painkiller Vioxx.
