Cert. Sought In Mortgage Kickback Suit Against Bank

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 3:31 PM EST) -- An Ohio man has moved to certify a class of plaintiffs in a lawsuit accusing the Cleveland-based Park View Federal Savings Bank and an affiliated real estate title services company of taking kickbacks in the process of issuing federally guaranteed home mortgage loans.
