Nomadix Sues HP, iBahn, Others Over Wireless Patents

Law360, New York (November 23, 2009, 5:07 PM EST) -- Network gateway company Nomadix Inc. has sued several rival technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard Co. and iBahn Corp., for allegedly infringing patents related to mobile computing and network access technology.

Nomadix's complaint, filed Nov. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, targets HP, iBahn, AT&T unit Wayport Inc., Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., LodgeNet Interactive Corp. and its affiliate On Command Corp., Aruba Networks Inc., and SuperClick Inc.
