Baby Bjorn Distributor Wants Judgment In Price Case

Law360, New York (November 24, 2009, 12:40 PM EST) -- Regal Lager Inc., a baby products distributor accused of colluding with Toys R Us, is seeking a ruling in its favor based on what it says is the plaintiffs' failure to meet pleading standards under Ashcroft v. Iqbal.

The Kennesaw, Ga.-based company filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where it is one of seven companies accused of colluding to set vertical price restraints on baby products.
