ITC Probes Exports Of Small, Medium-Sized US Firms

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 2:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun a new study designed to examine exports by small and medium-sized U.S. companies and the particular hurdles companies of that size may be facing.

The ITC said Nov. 25 the review was the second of three studies that plans to examine the extent and composition of U.S. exports by smaller companies.
