Class Cert. Denied In Boater's Blended Ethanol Suit

Law360, New York (December 1, 2009, 2:08 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied certification to a proposed class of Florida boat owners in a suit that accuses the world's largest oil companies, including Exxon Mobil Corp. and Chevron USA Inc., of failing to warn of the risks of using ethanol-blended gasoline.
