Liz Claiborne Sued For $20M Over Nixed Perfume Deal

Law360, New York (December 2, 2009, 4:32 PM EST) -- Selective Beauty SAS, a former distributor of Juicy Couture- and Usher-brand fragrances, has sued Liz Claiborne Inc. for $20.2 million, claiming the fashion company suddenly backed out of a lucrative European distribution deal and assigned the licenses for the fragrances to a Selective competitor.
