Lawyers Warn Cos. To Take Heed Of Weed Laws

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 2:07 PM EST) -- While courts have largely ruled in favor of employers in cases brought by workers disciplined over their use of prescription pot, attorneys say ignoring new state medical marijuana laws will put businesses at increased risk of suits by employees who argue that their state gave them a green light to light up.
