No Doubt's 'Guitar Hero' Suit Moved To Fed. Court

Law360, New York (December 7, 2009, 7:16 PM EST) -- Video game maker Activision Publishing Inc. has fired back at rockers No Doubt, removing the case to federal court and arguing that the band's right of publicity and unfair competition suit is preempted by federal copyright laws.
