Retaliation Claims Added To Sleepy's FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (December 8, 2009, 1:41 PM EST) -- A former Sleepy's LLC manager has updated his putative wage-and-hour class action against the bedding retailer following his firing in alleged retaliation for bringing the Fair Labor Standards Act suit against the company.
